Operators, not authors
Scale House is not a media company that also sells training. It is a group of people who built sales organizations and home service businesses, and who teach the parts of that job they have personally done.
There are two of them on The Project, and that is deliberate. Recruiting and selling are taught by different people, because they are different jobs and nobody is excellent at both.

Recruiting
Jaxon Junior
Jaxon came up through door-to-door the long way — from rep, to Senior Regional Sales Manager, to Chief Growth Officer at Grit Marketing, the agency he helped launch in 2020.
At its peak he was responsible for a downline of more than 900 people. The Recruiting School is the system he used to build and hold that organization, written down in the order he actually ran it. On The Project he teaches that half of the job.

Selling
Cory Clark
Cory worked as a mental health therapist in Oklahoma between 2018 and 2020 — providing therapy services to individuals, couples and families — and took a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Oklahoma State University across the same two years. From March 2019 he was also a sales manager at a pest control company, so for more than a year he was doing both jobs on the same days. Six-plus years on the board in total, paying for school with commission.
From inside both rooms he could see the thing neither one was naming: the mental game of sales was going completely unaddressed, and it was quietly costing people money, relationships and years of their working life.
So he built the long-term fix, tested it on real reps, and kept the results. The Sales Therapist came out of that — he has owned and run it since April 2020 — and on The Project he teaches that half of the job. His own line for it: sales is a good career, and it is ten times better thriving than surviving.
He and Jaxon run The Project together. Both of them teach on it, and either of them might be the person on the other end when you ask for twenty minutes.
- The Sales Therapist
- Founded and owned by him since April 2020. One of the two brands inside The Project, and the one whose subject is the mental side of selling.
- Mental Health Therapist
- His job title at two employers in Oklahoma, 2018 to 2020. In his own words: provided therapy services to individuals, couples, and families.
- Mar 2019 – Jun 2020
- Sales manager and therapist at the same time, for more than a year. The brand came out of that overlap.
- 6+ years
- Selling on the board, paying for school with commission.
- Oklahoma State University
- Master’s degree, Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling, 2018–2020
- Brigham Young University – Idaho
- 2012–2018
- The Project
- Co-run with Jaxon. The two of them teach it together rather than one hosting and the other guesting.
- On the call
- He takes booked calls alongside Jaxon, so he is one of the two people who answers when you ask for twenty minutes.
- Title
- Co-Owner of Scale House.
The rule
Who gets to teach here
- Operators
- Everyone who teaches on The Project has built and run the thing they teach. Nobody on this side of the room is a full-time trainer.
- Still doing it
- The material stays current because the people teaching it are still running organizations, not because a course gets re-recorded.
- In the room
- Advice is given in person, against your numbers. That is the difference between this and a course you could have bought on its own.
Everything on this page is either published by the person it describes or supplied by them. Where a value is not, it is marked rather than filled in.
